My Letter to India's Planning Commission for Uniform and responsible Prosperity
I want to share and request you to carefully read my below mentioned observation/suggestions directly towards, Searching or Creating some INDIGENOUS system in INDIA, so that we will gift our posterity a very sound and strong “KALYUGA” Further, it will put some RAW dissertation towards Eliminating the DISTANCE between “Success and Failure”,”Oppurtunities and Candidates”,’ Exclusiveness and Inclusiveness”,” Rich and Poor”,’ Manipulator and Contributor” and THE Last “Developing Nationhood to Developed Nationhood” ….. I am proposing or Introducing Six Policy statements /amendments towards achieving our above mentioned objectives Via you people or Media and request you to responsibly Brainstorm on all these and if found appropriate take desired actions …..
A) ULP (Uniform Learning Pattern) : From the very immediate next session , this must be adopted across the length and breadth of India … a. All regular schools / colleges / Pvt as well GOI learning institutions must have two sessions i.e. Morning and Evening , 4 hr each b. Morning (6-10) for men /boys across India c. Afternoon ( 12-4) for girls/women across India d. A small visionary correction for Strong deterrence against any crime towards girls/women ( Covered in brief in Point # 4) e. Restrict Three days in a week for Traditional type /potential/static/current learning pattern based on Text books… f. Give Tree days in a week to Dynamic/Physical/Kinetic/Sports based learning system…. g. Recognize all the physical sports at par with existing subject/Text book based system and Uniformly introduce it to entire populace h. Last Day in week to Meditation / Yoga classes i. No holidays for learning aspirants ( National as well as gazette)
B) EnL System (Earn And Learn): This is a path breaking initiative or creating a new culture in INDIA. Media should responsibly broadcast this in all direction, so that its intent got uniformly implemented and understood… • Corporates / Entrepreneurs / and Government Of India (GOI) must open all of there non leadership positions to young aspirants • Matriculations / 15 years of age be recognized as Universal age and Right to Earning…. • GOI should also amend there existing age for Universal Adult Franchisee from 18 to 15 as part of electoral reforms…. • GOI must adopt or uniformly ensure, every kids up to 15 years in terms of its Food, Clothes, Shelter, Education and Emotional Security ….. • For funding this programme, GOI must gradually withdraw all grants and subsidies towards higher education and positively promote EnL system…Off course, if we have a strong and healthy BASE then we shall build Storey of our CHOICE on them in later stages but Unfortunately converse in not TRUE,,,,, • Every Individual must earn, accumulate and if desired, then take admissions of there CHOICE in later stages… • Society/GOI all stakeholders must recognize Earning as a way of achieving self dependence 0r self respect C) Redefining Leadership: All positions of Leadership in GOI (including civil services) and Media have minimum Age limit as 30 years and in contrast with current system no bar on maximum Age limit… a. Recognizing Age as an Experience, No need to substantiate this with documents….. b. Stagnated knowledge leads to insecurity and it further leads us towards self interest , so , protecting Leadership from stagnation , there must be continuous training as well as behavioral skill based modules to GOI individuals/employees….
D) Protecting Dignity: Swords will be distributed to all women (girls above 10) and Old populace (above 65) to protect against any potential crime against them… a. Appears to be funny or out of modernity but believe me, I have brainstorm on this point for about 20 years and puts this conclusion b. It will also works as a very strong deterrent against any civil Insecurities especially in remote areas /terror prone arrears and villages c. Creating VANPRASTHA or old age Homes in every district for every old and needy individuals
E) Indian Media: Should look for a continuous improvement to attract there customer base with as much possible, innovative manners …. a. Unfortunately Media is “ Messenger of CHAOS” and sometimes due to its poor/incorrect presentations appears to be “ CUSTODIAN of Chaos” b. Convince GOI , to open up judicial cases for public discussions, it will definitely increase your revenue as well as must , close up some unnecessary litigations… F) Increasing Revenue for GOI: Its mandatory and very crucial component for GOIs towards maintaining its own efficiency and effectiveness … a. Army and Navy must be given sole responsibility for enhancing and securing tourism in Indian land (including forests) and Indian water areas (islands) respectively for ensuring/gaining some additional monetary benefits for its Human Resources...It will also help them to retain there attrition due to compensation issues b. Matrimonial portals with nominal fees should be introduced by GOI to enhance its monetary resources as well as its social security programs..Monetary incentives must be uniformallly distributed among its IT resources…. c. Background profile checking for corporate and detective facility be introduced to generate some additional revenue for its internal security agencies like local police etc , it will also eradicate corruption from them… d. Accept CORRUPTION as a Syndrome due to SYSTEM Inefficiency , And officially gives All corrupt individuals 5 % of stake in there corrupt assets and Strongly recover 95% from them ….with no other penalties for them …. e. Believe me India, got Developed in upcoming financial year… f. Automate and Involve Media for collecting All relevant taxes and Applicable Fines (monetary) from respected and respective citizens…..
